KinKub’s Creative Director, Daniel Morgan, has spent the last 5 years tiptoeing between the worlds of technology, film and design. His portfolio is diverse and spans from album artwork to software. At 24 years-old Dan has already had a successful career as a music video director, creating videos for Hard Fi and Cage the Elephant and this year Dan won a Canne’s Silver Lion for a user-content driven project for the RNLI. Dan has established Kinkub to offer boutique solutions to companies looking to find innovative, creative and technology based solutions.

At the age of 25, Tom created Pulse Films which is now regarded as one of London’s most successful cross-platform production companies.

French-Brazilian Thomas Benski came to the UK to study art, Film and Media at Goldsmith’s college with a family background deeply rooted in the film industry in France. He started producing short form content working with directors such as Andrew Gilman, Emma, Justin Kerrigan and Dave Tucker. Thomas has produced, associate and executive produced over 60 music videos and commercials, a dozen short films, 4 TV series, 2 feature films and a number of interactive/Cross platform projects.

Thomas decided to set up Pulse Films as a unique cross platform production company that integrates various disciplines creating scalable content across different platforms. In its short yet intense professional life Pulse has grown into becoming a respected player in the converging media industry. Its creative teams (directors, executive producers and writers) have received critical and industry recognition and Pulse’s strengths are a result of the out standing quality of its people as well as his strategic approach to content.

Thomas is responsible for the strategic and creative development of Pulse, constantly growing its reach and adapting its business model to the fragmented media landscape.

Being passionate about everything web, Phyo Wai Win jumped into the world of web programming in 2003. The Burmese started developing several intranet web applications since mid 2004 in Internet Telcommunications Plc. Phyo then moved to F2X Ltd company in 2008 where he went on to build many insurance online quote engines including Dencover www.dencover-ae.com and Smart Generic www.policyadmin.smartinsurance.uk.com
Although Phyo has been using Microsoft technologies like classic ASP and ASP.net for throughout his career, he prefers to get his hands on Ruby on Rails whenever opportunity strikes, along with the side-kick PHP.
